ORDERS

EU - Products ordered before 1pm will be shipped the next working day.
International - Products ordered before 1pm will be processed the next working day. Expected delivery dates will change per country / location.

Please Note that local charges (Sales Tax, Import/Export Duties, Customs Charges) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Goods are shipped from Germany.

 

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your product(s) to us within 14 days of purchase. We will not action the refund until the product(s) arrives at the returns address below.

We can only accept products returned unworn and in their original packaging. If the product is returned with damages, you will not receive a refund.

We will not refund postage/shipping costs and you are responsible for return postage charges. We highly recommend you post with tracking and/or "signed for" as we will not take responsibility for an item lost in the post. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please email - cs@beastdistribution.com

We do not accept returns for products purchased from other online stores or stockists.

We do not offer exchanges, you will need to return your unworn, unwanted product(s) and create a new order.
